Orders placed on the website www.saloncare.eu until 16:00 are processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 16:00 are processed the next day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, as well as during public holidays and weekends are processed on the next first working day.

Cash on delivery (cash) is the best payment method. You pay the value of the order to the courier upon delivery;
On site (in cash) - upon receipt of an order;
By bank transfer - to the specified company account.
Way of delivery
To convenient for your address - The ordered product will be delivered with courier services of ECONT or SPEEDY;
Until searching in a courier office - The ordered product will be delivered to a convenient for you office of ECONT or SPEEDY;
Obtaining a place from the warehouse of Beauty Tools Ltd.
The shipment will be delivered within 3 to 20 working days by sending products from Greece and Europe;
Delivery price for orders up to 1 kg. - BGN 5
Custom goods weighing more than 1 kg. - delivery price at the expense of the client.
Conditions for return and exchange
You can return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of its delivery.
When returning to the purchased product, you must enclose the complete set of the product received, as well as all accompanying documents - receipt, admission protocol and warranty card (if issued).
The conversion and acceptance of the product can be shown in case the product is not in the best commercial condition. This may take the form of: assembly damage, traceability, physical damage, deformation of products or packaging, additional product assembly or accompanying documentation supplied on request.
A product returned by a customer may be reimbursed by a refund of the amount provided by the customer to a bank account within 30 days of acceptance of the returned product.
If the customer expresses a wish, a replacement with another product / products can be made.
