Terms and ways of ordering
You can place an order:

Order confirmation
- Orders placed on www.saloncare.eu until 16:00 are processed on the same day.
- Orders made after 16:00 are processed the next day.
- Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays, and on public holidays and weekends are processed on the next work day.

Methods of payment
- Cash on delivery (cash) - the most used method of payment. You pay the order value to the courier upon delivery;
- In store (cash) – when you take the order;
- By bank transfer - to the specified company account.

Way of delivery
- To a convenient address - The ordered product will be delivered to you with the courier services of ECONT;
- Upon request in courier office - The ordered product will be delivered in a convenient office for ECONT;
- Getting out of Professionals Cosmetics EOOD’s storage

Delivery time
- The shipment will be delivered within 5 to 20 business days as we ship the products from Greece and Europe;

Delivery price
- Delivery price for orders up to 10kg - 10,80lv.
- For orders more than 10 kg - the delivery price is further specified

Terms of Return and Replacement

You can return a purchased product within 14 days of the date of delivery.

When returning a purchased item, you must apply the complete product set receipt as well as all accompanying documents - cash receipt, acceptance and delivery card and warranty card (if issued).

The return and receipt of a product may be refused if the product is not in good commercial condition. This may be due to: damage to the equipment, traces of use, physical damage, product or packaging deformity, incomplete product or accompanying documentation supplied with the order.

The product returned by a customer can be compensated by a refund on the bank account or postal bill provided by the customer within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.

Upon customer's request, substitution may be made with another product / products.
