The transport costs for returning / replacing products without notice are borne entirely by the customer.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
Any return or replacement of a defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product by the customer. The customer is obliged to provide all documents accompanying the purchase - goods receipt or invoice + receipt or receipt for the amount paid, provided by a courier to Econt. Goods without all the purchase documents provided cannot be returned or exchanged. The product can only be replaced or returned if the packaging is available (so that the product can be returned to the supplier) and if the defect is due to a factory error and is not the result of misuse or violation of the instructions for use.
