When paying for goods received by cash on delivery with a postal money order (through the Econt courier company), the customer must keep the receipt for the amount paid, which is considered a receipt!

Cash on delivery with postal money order is an alternative solution for remote payment. Releases the merchant from the obligation to issue a receipt for the sale. This is a legally recognized method of payment for distance sales, including in Ordinance 18 of the National Revenue Agency.

Conditions and ways of ordering

You can place an order:

     Order confirmation

● Orders placed on the website www.saloncare.eu before 3:00 p.m. are processed the same day.

● Orders placed after 15:00 are processed the next day.

● Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, as well as during public holidays and weekends are processed on the next first business day.

     Payment methods

● Cash on delivery (cash) is the most used payment method. You pay the value of the order to the courier upon delivery;

● On the spot (in cash) – upon receipt of the order;

● By bank transfer – to the specified company account;

● Via user credit - if this option is available in the listing.

Way of delivery

● To an address convenient for you - The ordered product will be delivered to you with the courier services of EKONT;

● On request at a courier's office - The ordered product will be delivered to an EKONT office convenient for you;

● Receiving a place from a warehouse of Beauty Tools EOOD

 

Delivery time

● The shipment will be delivered within 3 to 20 working days, as we ship the products from Greece and Europe;

● Delivery may be extended depending on shipping delays that cannot be controlled by our company. In such cases, we undertake to notify the customer promptly.

Shipping fee

● Delivery price for orders up to 1kg. - BGN 5

● For orders of goods weighing more than 1 kg. - the delivery price is recalculated and is at the customer's expense.

RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

Any exchange must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product by the customer. The customer is obliged to provide all documents accompanying the purchase - goods receipt or invoice + receipt or note for the amount paid, provided by a courier to Econt. Goods without all purchase documents cannot be returned. Products sent for exchange must be received at our central warehouse in intact condition, with their original packaging and all accessories and parts contained therein. Products that have been used, have signs of use, are not in their original condition or have missing parts, as well as products without all purchase documents provided, are not accepted for return or exchange. Shipping costs for product returns/exchanges without notice are fully borne by the customer. For more information on replacing products, please review Section IX of the General Terms and Conditions.

REFUSAL OF ORDER AND RETURN OF PRODUCT

Customers and users have the right to cancel an order free of charge within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, for which they should notify Salon Care within this period. Within 14 days of notification, the user must return the goods to our warehouse. For more information on the cancellation of orders, product returns and the refund period, please review Section IX of the General Terms and Conditions.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE GOODS

Upon delivery of a product, Salon Care is responsible for any non-conformity of the product that existed on the day of delivery, which occurred up to two years after the delivery of the product to the user or his representative. In the case of a complaint, the user is obliged to provide all documents accompanying the purchase - goods receipt or invoice + receipt or note for the amount paid, provided by a courier to Econt. Shipping for returning or exchanging a defective product is free. Any other financial dispute arising will be resolved in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.
